  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales, processing times may be extended slightly, but we will always notify you of any delays.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Leopard Postex Tcs depending on your location and order size.

  • Tracking: All shipments come with a tracking number which will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Additional Notes

  • We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If your tracking number shows no updates for several days, rest assured your package is still on its way — international tracking updates can sometimes be delayed.
